TFE Hotels invests A$100 million in Adina portfolio upgrades

TFE Hotels has announced a A$100 million (US$72.1 million) investment to refurbish and reposition its first-generation Adina Apartment Hotels. The initiative focuses on upgrading guestrooms, public spaces, and amenities to enhance the brand’s design-led, apartment-style experience.

The investment spans properties in Australia and Europe, with a growing pipeline in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Singapore. Notable recent transformations include Adina Darling Harbour, which underwent a multi-million dollar overhaul and the launch of Shoreline Kitchen, as well as updates to Adina Perth and Adina Town Hall in Sydney.

CEO Antony Ritch stated that the brand is evolving to meet traveler demands for properties that combine residential living experiences with full hotel services. The rollout includes new hotel openings in Brisbane, Hobart, Cambridge, and Glasgow, alongside the implementation of a digital Guest Experience Platform across the portfolio.
