TGI Fridays closes Ikebukuro location and launches new cocktail menu

The TGI Fridays restaurant located in Ikebukuro East Exit closed on June 30, 2026. This location was the chain's only outlet in the Ikebukuro area and had been in operation since 2010. The site is currently undergoing renovation.

Separately, TGI Fridays Japan has announced a limited-time special cocktail menu titled ‘SIPS of SUNSET’. The menu is supervised by Hiroyuki Mizuno (known as ‘Miccho’), the third champion of the ‘JAPAN FLAIR DREAM GAME High-Five’. The three featured drinks will be available at 13 locations across Japan from August 31 to September 13, 2026.
