Istanbul Roads Closed for TÜGVA Youth Summit at Rams Park
On July 31, 2026, Istanbul will see several major streets closed from noon until the conclusion of the Turkish Youth Foundation (TÜGVA) Yaz Okulları Finali'26 at the Ali Sami Yen Sports Complex, known as RAMS Park.
