TH true FOOD launches new line of sterilized sausages

TH Group has launched a new line of sterilized sausages under the TH true FOOD brand. The product line is designed to provide a convenient and nutritious option for modern, busy families.

The 21g sausages are available in three flavors: traditional pork, beef, and pork with corn. Additionally, a 35g version is offered in pork, beef, and chicken varieties. The products are characterized by a high meat content and a commitment to using no preservatives.

Production takes place at the TH Clean Food Processing Plant in Bac Ninh, which operates under a closed process and holds the FSSC 22000 food safety management certification. The company emphasizes ingredient transparency and high protein content to support physical activity in consumers, particularly children.
