Thai Airways ranks in top 10 best international airlines

Thai Airways International has ranked tenth in the Best International Airlines category of the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards 2026. The ranking is based on a reader survey involving more than 207,000 participants who cast over 661,000 votes regarding travel brands.

Evaluations for the airlines included cabin comfort, in-flight service, customer service, and value for money. Thai Airways' placement follows a period of corporate reorganization and business restructuring. CEO Chai Eamsiri noted that the achievement serves as a positive signal following the airline's efforts to modernize its fleet, upgrade lounges, improve catering, and expand its international route network.

In the overall top ten, EVA Air took the first position, followed by Qatar Airways in second and Emirates in third. Other highly ranked airlines included La Compagnie, Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Virgin Atlantic, and Etihad Airways.
