Thai government agencies receive CCEO awards for complaint management
Several Thai government agencies were honored at the 2026 CCEO Outstanding Award ceremony held at Government House on September 23, 2026. The awards, presented by Deputy Prime Minister Songsak Thongsri, recognize excellence in managing public complaints and improving service efficiency.
The Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) received the Outstanding Award, one of only 35 agencies to achieve this top tier. The PWA was recognized for using digital technology to create an end-to-end process for receiving, coordinating, and resolving citizen complaints.
The Department of Physical Education received the Best Award. The department was evaluated on leadership, management plans, data integration with the government's 1111 complaint center, and the successful resolution of issues within designated timeframes.
