Thai Nguyen to auction lease of 12 public headquarters

Thai Nguyen province is preparing to auction the lease of 12 land plots currently serving as headquarters for various agencies and units. This initiative follows plans for administrative restructuring.

The Thai Nguyen Land Fund Development Center announced it will auction land use rights and assets on the land for 12 unused sites. These locations include former offices for the Department of Industry and Trade, the Bac Kan Provincial Museum, and various forestry and livestock departments across several wards.

Additionally, nine other agency headquarters will be leased through price listing methods. The province aims to use these auctions to maximize land efficiency, increase budget revenue, and provide resources for technical and social infrastructure investment. The project is also intended to support urban renovation and modernization in accordance with approved planning.
