Thai passenger reports luxury items stolen from LOT Polish Airlines luggage

A Thai woman has reported the theft of luxury skincare products and perfumes from her checked luggage following a LOT Polish Airlines flight from Vienna, Austria, to Warsaw, Poland, on November 2.

The passenger alleged that items valued at nearly 100,000 baht were missing after she arrived in Warsaw to find her suitcase in disarray. While she initially suspected a routine inspection, she noted that no official inspection notice was left with the bag. Upon further inspection on November 3, she discovered that several high-end items had been removed, leaving only their empty boxes behind.

The missing goods include three La Mer skincare products, specifically a 150 ml treatment lotion, a 120 ml emulsion, and a 30 ml serum, as well as two bottles of Louis Vuitton perfume. The passenger, who utilized priority service, stated she is preparing to file a police report and shared her experience to warn other travelers against packing valuables in checked baggage.
