Thai police locate missing Russian woman safe in Bangkok

Thai tourist police have located a 20-year-old Russian woman who had been missing for two days. The woman, identified as Anna, was found safe and unharmed in a luxury condominium in the Phetchaburi-Rama district of Bangkok.

Her brother, Kirill, had reported her missing at the Na Jomtien Police Station after losing contact with her on August 21. Following an investigation by the Pattaya Tourist Police and local officers, authorities tracked her to Bangkok.

Police confirmed that the woman had not been confined or harmed. It was determined that she had traveled to Bangkok and chosen to stay with friends without immediately notifying her family.
