Thailand wins PUBG Mobile gold at 2026 Asian Games

The Thailand national PUBG Mobile esports team secured a gold medal at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. Competing at the Aichi Sky Expo, the team finished with a total of 128 points, including 75 kills, across 12 matches held on September 28–29.

Thailand outperformed 11 other nations, including the defending champions, China, which took the silver medal with 114 points. Pakistan earned the bronze medal with 100 points. The Thai roster included Satit Thanomjit (MORMAN), Pavaris Wongthonghatchai (JOWKER), Supachai Singkaew (SCHWEPXZ), Phumrapee Wannalertsakul (TERNYK), and Nattawut Muensa (TonyK), managed by Thanarat Makotsa (RVENCLAW) from the eArena club.

This victory marks Thailand’s 11th gold medal of the games, following successes in sports such as Teqball, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), equestrian, sepak takraw, and various track and field events.
