Thai–Nagaland Missions Platform Center opens in Thailand

The Thai–Nagaland Missions Platform Center has officially opened at New Land Church in Nong On, Udon Thani, Thailand. The center is a joint initiative between the Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (CBCC–NBCC) and Church District 13 of the Church of Christ in Thailand (CCT).

Unveiled by Rev. Dr. Chekrovei Cho-o and Rev. Dr. Boonrat Buayen, the center aims to foster international Christian cooperation through rural community development, youth empowerment, and church ministry. The inaugural event was attended by approximately 150 church leaders from across Thailand, along with local believers and international volunteers.

In its initial phase, the center will provide English classes, music lessons, sports, and skills development for children and youth. Long-term objectives include theological scholarships, volunteer recruitment from Nagaland, exchange programs, and the potential expansion of this rural model across Southeast Asia. Daily operations will be managed by Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyho and his wife, Santi Keyho.
