Thaisa Cidade, the First Lady and honorary president of the Social Promotion and Poverty Eradication Fund (FPS), visited the Darlinda Esteves Ribeiro Gerontological Polyclinic in Manaus on Tuesday, August 25.
The facility, part of the Foundation University of the Third Age (FUnATI), provides specialized healthcare for the elderly through a multidisciplinary team. Services include cardiology, gynecology, ophthalmology, and telehealth to promote health, prevent disease, and maintain functional capacity. The clinic currently serves approximately 4,000 elderly patients.
