Thanh Ha Urban Area car has two wheels stolen overnight

Two wheels were stolen from a car parked overnight in the Thanh Ha Urban Area in Binh Minh Commune, Hanoi. The owner discovered the vehicle on the morning of August 7, finding the car propped up on bricks with the brake discs and suspension components exposed.

The owner reported that the vehicle was parked on an internal road approximately 200 meters from an apartment building, an area lacking private security or surveillance cameras. The vehicle, valued at nearly 550 million VND, has been reported to the authorities.

Representatives from the Thanh Ha Housing Service Branch noted that parking on sidewalks and internal roads is a common issue in the area, which can obstruct traffic and emergency services. The branch has been working with local police to remind residents to park in designated, secure lots to ensure property safety and maintain traffic order.
