Thanh Hoa police investigate group for illegal drug use

Police in Tien Trang commune, Thanh Hoa province, are investigating a group involved in the illegal use and sale of drugs. The investigation began following reports from local citizens regarding suspicious behavior.

Initial testing confirmed that Tran Van Bien tested positive for methamphetamine (MET). Subsequent investigations identified Ngo Thi Huong and Pham Nhu Quynh as participants who organized the drug use session at a residence. Both individuals also tested positive for methamphetamine.

Authorities have expanded the investigation to include several other individuals—Hoang Van Thang, Ngo Van Hau, Pham Van Nhan, and Pham Van Be—who are suspected of involvement in the buying and selling of illegal substances. The case remains under active investigation by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
