The 50 Best Bars announces 2026 extended 51–100 rankings

The 50 Best Bars has released its extended 51–100 ranking for 2026, marking the tenth anniversary of the extended list. The rankings, determined by a global academy of over 800 industry experts, feature establishments from 34 different cities.

The United States leads the extended list with five entries, including venues in New York, Chicago, and New Orleans. Europe follows with 18 bars, while Asia accounts for 16. Notable new entries in the ranking include establishments from Istanbul, Shenzhen, and Dublin, with Dublin’s Bar 1661 becoming the first venue from the Republic of Ireland to appear on the list.

In Italy, four venues secured spots in the 51–100 range: Freni e Frizioni in Rome, Drink Kong in Rome, Gucci Giardino in Florence, and 1930 in Milan. The full top 50 list is scheduled to be announced at an awards ceremony in Milan on October 7, 2026.
