The 50 Best Restaurants reveals 2026 rankings for positions 51-100

The 50 Best Restaurants has announced its extended list for 2026, covering rankings from 51 to 100. The list, compiled from the votes of over 1,100 culinary experts including chefs and food writers, features restaurants from 36 cities across six continents.

Europe is the most represented region with 20 entries spanning 11 countries. Italy’s Uliassi in Senigallia holds the highest European position at No. 51. Other notable European entries include Koan in Denmark (No. 57), Frantzén in Sweden (No. 58), and several restaurants from Belgium, France, Germany, and Spain.

Asia follows with 17 entries, including new additions such as Ling Long in Shanghai (No. 53) and Seroja in Singapore (No. 64). North America is represented by six restaurants, primarily in Mexico, while South America has three entries. The Middle East and Africa each have two restaurants on the list.

The full top 50 rankings will be revealed during an awards ceremony in Lima, Peru, on November 4, 2026.
