The Accountant film broadcast on 20 Mediaset

The 2016 action-thriller 'The Accountant', directed by Gavin O’Connor, is scheduled to broadcast on the Italian channel 20 Mediaset. The film stars Ben Affleck as Christian Wolff, a brilliant and methodical accountant with autism who operates under a false identity.

Wolff provides financial services to dangerous international criminal organizations while maintaining a facade of an ordinary professional. The plot intensifies when he is hired by the technology firm Living Robotics to investigate financial irregularities. Working alongside accountant Dana Cummings, played by Anna Kendrick, Wolff uncovers a $61 million fraud, which subsequently places both characters in mortal danger from powerful figures within the company.
