The Ascott Limited to open Citadines North Shinjuku Tokyo in 2026

The Ascott Limited has announced the opening of Citadines North Shinjuku Tokyo, scheduled for October 28, 2026. Located in the Hyakunincho neighborhood of Shinjuku, Tokyo, the property will feature a total of 179 units, comprising 106 hotel rooms and 73 serviced residences.

The facility is designed to accommodate a diverse range of guests, from short-term travelers and business professionals to families and long-term residents. Room types include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and family rooms that can accommodate up to six guests. Most rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities, and the building will offer amenities such as a fitness gym, lounge, cafe, and laundry services.

Situated near JR Okubo and Shin-Okubo stations, the property aims to leverage the multicultural character of the surrounding area. This marks the fourth Citadines branded property in Japan, following existing locations in Shinjuku, Yokohama, and Osaka.
