The Auto Llama launches FleetOps portal for commercial fleets

The Auto Llama has launched FleetOps, a new customer portal designed for approved commercial fleet operators in the Greater Cincinnati, Greater Dayton, and Northern Kentucky regions. The platform provides fleet managers with a centralized system to organize vehicle rosters, submit service tickets, track repair progress, and review repair-order information.

FleetOps is integrated with The Auto Llama’s existing Fleet Repair program, which utilizes a mobile auto repair model. ASE Certified technicians perform maintenance and repairs—including brake, suspension, cooling, and charging-system work—directly at customer locations such as warehouses and fleet yards to minimize vehicle downtime. Additionally, the portal allows managers to access completed service records, and qualifying services can be reported to CARFAX to maintain documented vehicle histories.
