The Bass & Barrel is set to reopen next month in North Berwick, occupying the former Nether Abbey Hotel. The revamped pub and restaurant will operate seven days a week, offering an all-day menu that emphasizes Scottish produce.

Key menu highlights include fresh seafood, prime Scotch steaks, and a four-person sharing Sunday roast. The establishment is working with local suppliers, such as Edgefield Craft Butchers, to provide 28-day dry-aged meat and seasonal items like locally sourced lobster and langoustines.
