Film industry reporter Jeff Sneider has disclosed new casting details for Matt Reeves’ sequel The Batman Part II. According to the report, Sebastian Stan will not portray Harvey Dent/Two‑Face as previously rumored; instead he is slated to play the serial‑killer villain Victor Zsasz. The role of Harvey Dent, who may become Two‑Face, is assigned to Brian Tyree Henry, known from Marvel’s Eternals.

The report also notes that Scarlett Johansson and Charles Dance have been cast in composite characters linked to the Court of Owls, a secretive Gotham organization expected to feature in the film. Production is underway with a scheduled theatrical release on 1 October 2027. Warner Bros. and the director have not officially confirmed the casting changes, and the information remains unverified.
