The Bear final season launches on Disney+ June 26

Disney+ and FX released the first trailer for the fifth and final season of the acclaimed series *The Bear*. The preview shows the restaurant facing a severe crisis: a flood, depleted cash reserves, threat of the building’s sale and an urgent push to earn a coveted Michelin star. The storyline picks up the morning after chef Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) leaves the kitchen, leaving Sydney (Ayo Edebiri), Richie (Ebon Moss‑Bachrach) and Natalie “Sugar” (Abby Elliott) to run the eatery. All eight episodes of the final season will be released together on June 26, 2026, allowing binge‑watching from day one. The trailer also features returning cast members such as Oliver Platt, Liza Colón‑Zayas, Lionel Boyce and guest stars including Jamie Lee Curtis.

The series, created by Christopher Storer, has won multiple Emmys and Golden Globes. The final season focuses on the team’s struggle to keep the restaurant afloat amid financial hardship and a looming storm, while striving for the Michelin star that has driven their ambition since the show’s debut.
