The Beatles release Rubber Soul super deluxe edition

A super deluxe edition of The Beatles’ 1965 album, Rubber Soul, has been released, featuring new remixes by Giles Martin. The expanded collection spans nearly three hours and includes various versions of the landmark record.

The set includes the newly remixed album, the original mono mix, and the original North American stereo version. Additionally, the release contains session recordings, demos, and related non-album singles such as ‘Day Tripper’ and ‘We Can Work It Out’.

Rubber Soul is noted as a pivotal moment in the band’s history, marking a transition toward greater musical experimentation and songwriting sophistication influenced by artists like Bob Dylan and The Byrds.
