The 2026 season of The Block concludes with auctions taking place in Mount Eliza on Saturday, October 31. The episode is scheduled to air on Sunday, November 1, at 7 PM on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Each house features identical bedroom, bathroom, and car space counts, though layouts, land sizes, and views vary. All properties have a reserve price of $3,450,000 and a price guide between $3,600,000 and $3,900,000. Contestants Adam and Jolene, along with Rick and Tayla, have each secured a $50,000 advantage toward their reserves during the season.

Winning the competition is determined by the highest profit earned above the reserve price. While the auction order remains unannounced, it is expected to be revealed on the day of the event.
