The Blood of Dawnwalker RPG set for September 3, 2026 launch

Rebel Wolves, the studio founded by former Witcher 3 director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, announced that its dark‑fantasy open‑world RPG **The Blood of Dawnwalker** will release on 3 September 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

The game follows Coen, a cursed vampire‑hunter who alternates between human and vampire forms. New footage reveals a dual‑play system: daytime investigation, swordplay and social interaction, and nighttime high‑mobility combat with supernatural abilities. A 30‑day in‑game clock, an Infamy tracking system, and boss encounters such as the “Forgotten Guardian” were highlighted. Early reactions noted the lengthy focus on a single cave‑wall puzzle in the prologue, tempering some fan excitement. Rebel Wolves also hinted at plans to expand the setting into a larger franchise.
