The Blood of Dawnwalker slated for Sep 2026, unveils multi-era saga

At Summer Game Fest 2026, Bandai Namco Entertainment and Rebel Wolves presented *The Blood of Dawnwalker*, a new action‑RPG scheduled to launch on September 3, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

The game follows 14th‑century protagonist Coen in his conflict with vampire lord Brencis in the Carpathian Vale Sangora. Developers emphasized that the title is a self‑contained story with player choices leading to a definitive ending and no cliffhangers. A CGI teaser showed Coen in a modern‑day setting, indicating that future installments will be standalone entries set in different eras, locations and cultures, expanding the Dawnwalker saga beyond medieval Europe. “I have a feeling that today’s presentation may have surprised many of you who did not expect Coen’s saga to move into modern times,” said Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, Game Director and Co‑Founder of Rebel Wolves.
