Eric, a member of the K-pop group THE BOYZ, has publicly addressed the issue of sasaeng fans contacting him through his personal phone number. He stated that the situation has become severe, noting that he receives between 20 and 30 personal contacts throughout a single day.

Eric explained that the constant influx of private messages is interfering with his professional responsibilities, specifically making it difficult to manage work-related messages on KakaoTalk. He also requested that individuals refrain from calling him while he is sleeping.

To maintain boundaries, he urged supporters to use official channels like Fromm for communication rather than his private line, emphasizing that he reads messages sent through the official platform.
