The Capital Grille opens first Asian location in Ho Chi Minh City

The Capital Grille, an American fine-dining steakhouse owned by Darden Restaurants, has opened its first Asian location in Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant is situated on the 50th floor of the Bitexco Financial Tower.

The venture marks the first restaurant in Vietnam for the Taipei-based Ko Hospitality Group, which operates the establishment under a franchise agreement.
