The Chosen Season 6 to have early screenings in 40,000 churches

More than 40,000 churches worldwide have signed up to host early screenings of the first episode of ‘The Chosen’ Season 6. While the official television premiere is scheduled for mid-November, this rollout allows congregations to view the episode ahead of time.

Creator Dallas Jenkins announced the initiative during a livestream, noting that the season focuses on the final 24 hours of the life of Jesus Christ, including His arrest and crucifixion. Jenkins stated that the decision to use churches was intended to provide pastoral support, as the season introduces complex concepts that may prompt questions among viewers. He described the season’s central theme as surrender, focusing on both the experiences of Jesus and the confusion of His disciples.
