The Chosen wraps filming for its final season

Dallas Jenkins, the creator of the biblical series ‘The Chosen’, has completed filming for the show’s final season. The production wrapped on September 24 at a filming location in Texas.

The final scene featured the disciples on a boat, utilizing the same vessel seen in the first season to provide a symbolic full-circle moment for the production. Jenkins expressed profound gratitude for the project’s completion, noting that the series has reached an audience of over 100 million people.

Reflecting on the seven-season journey, Jenkins stated that the mission of the show remained unchanged despite its massive growth, emphasizing a continued commitment to their religious purpose.
