THE CITY BAKERY to release limited-edition Yuzu Miso Garlic Baguette

THE CITY BAKERY at Canal City Hakata is launching a limited-edition ‘Yuzu Miso Garlic Baguette’ from September 18 to October 18, 2026. The product is a collaboration with the select shop GOOD MARKET KYUSHU and the long-established Asao Shoyu Brewing Yard.

The baguette features ‘yuzu kosho miso’ made from traditional wood-barrel fermented miso and ripe Kyushu yuzu. It is priced at 410 yen and will be available in a limited quantity of 20 loaves per day. Additionally, GOOD MARKET KYUSHU is running a campaign where customers spending over 3,000 yen can receive a voucher for the baguette, limited to the first 10 customers daily.
