The Cloud One Hotels to expand into Dresden

VALUES Real Estate has secured a long-term lease agreement for a hotel property located at An der Frauenkirche 1 in Dresden’s QF-Quartier. The property, situated at the Neumarkt, will be operated by The Cloud One Hotels, a lifestyle brand under the Motel One Group.

The transition from the current operator, Townhouse Dresden, is scheduled to take place on August 1, 2026. As part of the takeover, The Cloud One will assume management of all 95 hotel rooms, three conference rooms, and the existing gastronomic offerings, including a restaurant and a bar located on the sixth floor with views of the Frauenkirche.

To ensure operational continuity and service quality, all existing employees from the previous operator will be transferred to the new management. This marks the first time the The Cloud One brand has expanded into Dresden.
