The Cocoon Collection launches 2026 hospitality Starter Program roadshow

The Cocoon Collection is launching its second 2026 Starter Program, featuring a nationwide roadshow across the Maldives from 15 to 24 October 2026. The initiative aims to recruit 35 young Maldivians to introduce them to careers in the hospitality industry.

The roadshow will travel from the south to the north, visiting Addu City, Fuvahmulah, Kulhudhuffushi, Kurendhoo, Ungoofaaru, and Malé. During these visits, the company’s Talent & Culture team will provide insights into resort operations, various departments, and available career pathways.

Since its inception in 2022, the Starter Program has provided practical experience to over 90 young people. The program serves as the initial stage of the company’s Leadership Development Journey, which includes subsequent phases such as BLOOM, GROW, EVOLVE, and INSPIRE. Participants will gain experience at Cocoon Maldives, You & Me Maldives, and Joy Island.
