The Corner Store to open Las Vegas outpost at The Cosmopolitan
The Corner Store, a popular Soho-based restaurant, is set to open a new location in Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan on November 9. The new outpost will be double the size of the original New York City establishment.
Eugene Remm, co-founder of Catch Hospitality Group, stated that the expansion is a “natural next step” intended to provide more access to the restaurant’s concept for those unable to secure reservations in New York. Remm noted that the Las Vegas location aims to maintain a sophisticated atmosphere rather than becoming a loud party venue, catering to both visitors and locals.
The expansion follows the success of several other Catch Hospitality Group concepts, including The Eighty-Six, Or’esh, and Cafe Charmant. The group has also secured a lease for a future eatery and potential private members club in New York City, slated for 2028.
