The CW renews Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit and Police 24/7 for additional seasons

The CW announced the renewal of its three unscripted series. The word‑game show Scrabble and the trivia competition Trivial Pursuit have each been green‑lit for a third season, while the law‑enforcement reality series Police 24/7 will continue into a fourth season. The second‑season premieres of Scrabble, hosted by Craig Ferguson, and Trivial Pursuit, hosted by LeVar Burton, are scheduled for Oct. 1, with later dates for the new third‑season episodes and Police 24/7’s fourth season.

All three programs have been cleared for daytime syndication in roughly 85 % of U.S. TV markets, joining other top‑five entertainment titles on the network during the 2025‑2026 season. The shows have collectively attracted more than 31 million viewers on The CW and generated over 1.2 million viewing hours on its digital platforms. Production partners include Hasbro Entertainment, Mattel Television Studios, Lionsgate Alternative Television, Talpa Studios and Mulholland Media, with executive producers such as Sally‑Ann Salsano overseeing Police 24/7.
