The Damned's Australian tour features The New Christs and The Darts as opening acts

British punk pioneers The Damned will embark on a September 2026 Australian tour, billed as their Final Damnation Tour. The four‑date run includes shows in Auckland, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, with the Melbourne concert scheduled for 13 September at The Forum.

Australian underground rock veterans The New Christs, fronted by Rob Younger, have been confirmed as special guests for the Melbourne show. Formed in the early 1980s, the band recently toured Europe in 2025 and continues to be a key export of Australian rock.

Seattle‑based garage rock outfit The Darts will support The Damned on the Brisbane and Melbourne legs. The Darts, active since 2016, have built an international following through extensive touring and releases on independent labels. Their participation extends a long‑standing relationship with The Damned that began on a U.S. tour years earlier.
