The Devil Wears Prada 2 home video release set for September 2026

The home video release for ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ is scheduled for September 18, 2026. The release will include 4K UHD + Blu-ray sets and Blu-ray + DVD sets featuring special outer cases.

To celebrate the launch, bonus content has been released showcasing the film’s production in Milan, Italy. The footage highlights collaborations with luxury brands such as Fendi, Brunello Cucinelli, and Dolce & Gabbana. Director David Frankel noted his desire to use a different ‘fashion mecca’ than the original film, leading the production to film during Milan Fashion Week to capture authentic runway environments.

The sequel follows original cast members Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci as they navigate a changing publishing industry and the transition from print to digital. Costume designer Molly Rogers aimed to create timeless looks, with characters like Andy undergoing over 47 costume changes throughout the film.
