The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive holds classic car events in El Salvador and Dominican Republic

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive, an international event raising funds for men's health, is taking place in San Salvador and Santo Domingo on Sunday, September 27.

In San Salvador, the event features a parade of classic vehicles built before 1980. Participants, dressed in elegant attire, will gather at Redondel Masferrer at 8:00 a.m., with the procession starting at 10:00 a.m. The route includes Avenida Jerusalén, Boulevard Monseñor Romero, and Paseo General Escalón. The initiative supports the Movember foundation, focusing on prostate cancer research and mental health.

In Santo Domingo, the sixth edition of the drive is organized by the Franjul Motor Collection. The event begins at 4:00 p.m. with a drive starting from Porsche Center Santo Domingo, concluding at Paseo 30 de Mayo. The public can attend free activities from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., which include a classic car exhibition and an aerial display featuring Super Tucano aircraft from the Dominican Air Force. Proceeds support programs for prostate and testicular cancer, as well as suicide prevention.
