The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered arrives on Switch 2

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered has been released for the Nintendo Switch 2. Developed by Virtuos and published by Bethesda Softworks, this version brings the 2006 role-playing game to a new console.

The remaster utilizes Unreal Engine to update the visual landscape of Cyrodiil, featuring redesigned cities, updated character models, and new voice lines for most interactable characters. While maintaining the original story involving the assassination of Emperor Uriel Septim VII and the subsequent Daedric invasions, the update aims to provide a modern experience for both new and returning players.
