The Ellinikon project advances with new towers and major investments

The Ellinikon urban development project in Athens is transitioning from large-scale earthworks to the construction of major landmarks. Key structures, including the Riviera Tower and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Athens, are now rising on the site of the former airport.

By the end of February 2026, LAMDA Development had invested approximately €990 million in buildings and infrastructure, with €426 million spent during 2025 alone. Real estate sales are progressing rapidly; in the Little Athens sector, approximately 90% of the 671 available homes were reserved by summer 2026. In total, roughly 1,000 homes have been sold, with the first deliveries expected in 2027.
