The Emerald 68 residential project nears completion for handover

The Emerald 68 residential project, located on National Highway 13, has reached the final stages of construction and is preparing to welcome its first residents. The development features completed architectural elements, including luxury reception halls, elevator lobbies, and integrated technical systems such as fire prevention and parking facilities.

Key amenities are now fully functional, including an outdoor swimming pool, landscaped greenery, and communal spaces on higher floors. Architectural highlights include the ‘Sunshine Bridge’ on the 20th and 37th floors, which connects the two towers, and an outdoor cinema area for resident entertainment.

Leadership from the Le Phong Group is currently overseeing final inspections and reviews to prepare for the handover phase, which is scheduled to begin in late October.
