The End of Oak Street to arrive on physical media this November

The film ‘The End of Oak Street’, written and directed by David Robert Mitchell, is scheduled for release on physical media on November 3rd. This follows a digital and rental release set for September 15th.

Starring Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor, the film follows the Platt family after a cosmic event transports their suburban neighborhood to an unknown location filled with dinosaurs. The production features work from Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) on creature designs and was produced by J. J. Abrams’ Bad Robot.

Editor John Axelrad discussed the technical aspects of the film, noting the use of the latest Avid software and the challenge of balancing action with character development in a PG-13 blockbuster.
