The Executive Centre celebrates 25 years in Mainland China

The Executive Centre (TEC), a premium flexible workspace provider, is marking its 25th anniversary in Mainland China. Since establishing its first location at Citic Square in Shanghai in 2001, the company has expanded to a network of more than 70 centres across major cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an, Nanjing, and Suzhou.

TEC’s expansion coincided with China’s integration into the global economy following its accession to the World Trade Organization. The company has served both multinational corporations entering the Chinese market and the growing domestic technology sector. TEC reports that its occupancy rates have consistently remained above 85% throughout various market cycles, reflecting sustained demand for premium flexible workspace solutions.
