The Flitch Green Academy named hardest Essex primary school to enter
The Great British Schools Guide has released a new report identifying the ten most difficult primary schools to access in Essex. The ranking was determined by combining enrolment figures with catchment data to measure demand and oversubscription.
The Flitch Green Academy in Little Dunmow was named the hardest primary school to enter in the county. The academy, which serves children aged four to 11, was previously noted in a strong Ofsted report for its supportive environment and academic challenge. Principal Sarah-Jane Pyne described the academy as the ‘beating heart’ of its village community.
