The Flower Kings release new single ‘The Gods Of Rome, Pt. 2’

Progressive rock band The Flower Kings have released an official video for their new single, ‘The Gods of Rome, Pt. 2’. The track is part of their upcoming album, HOPE, which is scheduled for release on October 23, 2026, via InsideOutMusic.

Founding member Roine Stolt described the music as an epic piece using ancient Rome as a metaphor for modern power dynamics and the ambitions of global leaders. The new album follows 2025’s LOVE and features long-form compositions, including tracks lasting 18 and 28 minutes. The band noted that the album aims to provide a meditation on modern societal division while offering a message of hope.
