The GIANT Company Becomes Official Grocery Partner of Penn State Athletics

The GIANT Company announced a multi‑year partnership with Penn State Athletics, securing the title of "Official Grocery Partner" with category exclusivity. Under the deal, GIANT will serve as the first cornerstone partner for the newly renovated West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium, receiving a custom gate sponsorship and premium signage throughout the venue. The arrangement also includes in‑venue promotions, pre‑game activations for football and basketball, and a presenting partnership for the Penn State Cub Club and Penn State Sports Camps across all 31 sports.

GIANT stores in State College, Bellefonte and other locations near Penn State satellite campuses will act as Game Day Pin pickup points, and the company will leverage student‑athletes to support local store openings and community programs. The partnership is expected to launch its first activation ahead of the stadium’s renovated debut in fall 2027.
