The GIANT Company names Jim Saccary VP of Human Resources

The GIANT Company, a grocer operating under the GIANT and Martin’s brands, has appointed Jim Saccary as Vice President of Human Resources. Reporting to President John Ruane, Saccary will oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, talent and culture, learning and development, total rewards, and team member relations.

Saccary returns to the company with over 30 years of human resources experience. He originally began his career in store operations at The GIANT Company before holding various leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Services at Ahold Delhaize USA, where he managed human resources support services for more than 240,000 associates across East Coast grocery brands.
