The Giving Table partners with Long Island restaurants for charity

The Giving Table, a new initiative led by Chris Graziose, has partnered with various Long Island restaurants to raise funds for Angela’s House. Based in Hauppauge, Angela’s House provides support, resources, and home care for medically fragile children, operating residential facilities in East Moriches, Smithtown, and Stony Brook.

Participating restaurants contribute to the cause by designating specific menu items—including appetizers, mains, desserts, and drinks—that trigger a donation when ordered. Contributions vary by establishment, with some donating a fixed percentage of the price and others providing a set dollar amount, typically ranging from $2 to $8 depending on the dish. Graziose noted that the average contribution per item sold is approximately $2.50.

Since its spring debut at Patrizia’s in Westbury, the program has expanded to include establishments such as Cena 081 in Westbury, Verona Ristorante in Farmingdale, and IMC Restaurant & Bar in Huntington. A dedicated website has been created to help patrons identify participating restaurants and specific benefit dishes.
