The Glasgow Distillery unveils first 10 Year Old peated malt

The Glasgow Distillery has released its first 10 Year Old Peated Expression to mark a decade of peated whisky production. The Glasgow 1770 range began its shift toward peated single malt expressions in 2016.

This limited release consists of only 550 bottles. The whisky was matured in three ex-Bourbon barrels, including two refill barrels and one first-fill barrel, and is bottled at 54% ABV with a natural colour. Tasting notes include delicate smoke, honeyed sweetness, tropical fruits, citrus, and oak spice. The product is available through select UK retailers with a recommended retail price of £69.
