The Good Life Show returns to Johannesburg in 2026

The Good Life Show Johannesburg is scheduled to return to the Sandton Convention Centre from September 18 to 20, 2026. The event will showcase South African culinary talent, focusing on indigenous ingredients, heritage recipes, healthy cooking, and contemporary pastry.

A central feature of the event is the IMBO Theatre of Taste, which will host live demonstrations, gastronomic showcases, and hands-on masterclasses.

Featured culinary experts include Bonolo Mataboge, who promotes indigenous African agricultural and food knowledge through African Marmalade; Chef Gregory Henderson, founder of the Wild Food Revolution and advocate for foraging and conservation; and Chef Katlego Mlambo, an Executive Chef at The Four Seasons Hotel, The Westcliff and MasterChef South Africa judge.
